Troubleshooting

Google Maps Error Messages usually occur for one of these reasons 

  1. The credit card in the Google Maps account has been removed 
  2. Card expired or any card-related issue
  3. Your free trial in Google Maps ended, and most probably Google sent you an email for this.
  4. configuration steps not done properly 

  1. This Page can’t load Google Maps Correctly 



Please login to the websitehttps://console.cloud.google.com/

and follow the steps below 
To log in, use the email & password for the Gmail associated with Google Maps 
the one that you used the first time for the integration








  1. Payment Form Error

You will have to fill in this form, however, please contact Google via the steps below to get your Billing Account ID

You might receive this error when activating your Google Maps Account



Press on contact support 





Press on contact cloud billing support



 

Press on get Google Maps Platform Support



 


You can contact Google via chat or email to fix the issue indicating that you added the credit card but received the error message Payment Form Error and that you need the Billing Account ID to fill in the form 







  1. Oops, something went wrong. 




To fix this error,  check the 2nd and the 3rd step in this link as either one of them is missing or not done properly.
