Preparation for integration with Foodics F5


Please follow the steps below to integrate Taker Dashboard with your Foodics F5 dashboard. 

At Foodics side


  1. Finish setting up your Foodics F5 account, including branches, menu and payment methods. Then, create a new group in Foodics from Foodics > Menu > Group and name it: Taker.

  2. Add all items that you would like to sell inside this Taker Group mentioned in step 1 Please Note: You need to use the “Fixed Price” option for your items’ prices in Taker Group. Otherwise, no prices will be shown in Taker.

  3. Product Name must be in English - and Name localized should be in Arabic

  4. To calculate the delivery fee you need to create a new charge in Foodics F5 from Foodics > Manage > More > Charges and name it: Taker Delivery Fee and set it as shown in the picture:




5. In order to  collect VAT on delivery fee > Tax Group in "Taker Delivery Fee" must be the same as in the branch ( screenshot below)



6. Add all your branches at Foodics's side ( it will be synced automatically to Taker after the synchronization 
7. In the product & item page in Foodcics, choose the branch that the prices will be applied to 
 


Notes:
  1. If you didn't create the group Taker will sync all items in your menu in Foodics 
  2. You need to create Taker Delivery Fee charge so Taker can calculate it at checkout.
