Cancel the order and a full refund will be created automatically

Click on the edit icon inside the order details. 





Delete one of the items 


Update the order

Reports 
Access Transactions Logs to check status, username, refund reason and ARN ( Reference Number)




Alternative access from the logs page in the screenshot. 


If the customer didn't complete the payment, there will be no reference number for a refund because amount was not deducted.
