Order Notifications

This feature allows you to create and customize your communication messages with your customers. You can create messages for order status updates, wallet, etc. 

Go to settings and click notifications 




Order Status 

Order Status allows you to predefine the messages sent upon order status change. 




Ordering Process

With this feature, you can customize the content of any message sent by the system to your customers. The Placeholder drop down helps you choose order-related info such as Customer Name, Order ID,.etc
