How to cancel an order?
A refund request will be initiated upon cancellation. Order amount will be refunded to the customer within 2-4 business weeks
Multiple Branches Selection
If the admin has given access for Staff ( cashier) to operate several branches, then he will be able to choose from the list
In the screenshot, you can notice that the staff received orders from the selected branches
