Integrating with Foodics F5


Activating Foodics F5 integration 

Before you start: We strongly advise you to disable all branches and go through this process outside of regular working hours. When you are ready to start the integration please follow these steps: 

  1. In Taker Dashboard go to settings >  Integrations > Foodics 






  2. Click on  Authorize.


  3. Clicking on this button will redirect you to Foodics login



    After you enter the credentials and click login you will be redirected back to Taker


  4.   Choose which branch in Foodics you would like to integrate with Taker 




  5. Now you can start integrating with your account in Foodics F5. Select all checkboxes and click on Sync






Complete delivery orders by POS



If  you're using TAKERGO  :

Complete delivery orders by POS  active >> delivery order status will be completed once order marked completed & closed in Foodics  

Complete delivery orders by POS  disabled
 
>> delivery order status will be " ready to pick up", and the driver will move the status to completed when order has been successfully delivered.  


If you're NOT using TAKERGO  : 

It's recommended to activate it so the order will be marked completed in Taker, when order is marked closed & completed in Foodics 


Automatic synchronization


 You can activate Auto Sync between Foodics and Taker. This will make sure that Taker group in Foodics is always reflected in Taker correctly. 
The syn will be automatically and will reflect the same status of items in Foodics ( for example :out of stock or disbaled, etc) 

Note: The Daily Sync will only be completed on selected entities in the list:  Names, prices, working hours... So, unselected checkboxes will not be effected by the Daily Sync. 



Final checks
 

There is a few final steps you need to do before you can start receiving orders through Taker:

  1. Check Branch information:

    1. Update Working hours

    2. Check Order types

    3. Pre-orders settings

    4. Payment methods

    5. Delivery fees

    6. Delivery areas

  2. Check Menu information

    1. Check each branch menu

    2. Check items' prices

    3. Items' availability in each branch

    4. Items' modifers options

    5. Update items' pictures.

  3. Check Orders
    1. Make test orders and make sure they go through to Foodics console and Foodics Cashier App.
    2. Change orders status and make sure it is reflected correctly.

Once you are done. You can re-enable your branches and start accepting order.
