CRM feature provides valuable statistics about your customers, their behavior and their average spending, etc. 

Enable & Disable a customer

You may, as well, enable or disable "block" a customer from the status tab.

If status tab is disabled, customer won't be able to make an order. 

Update Wallet Balance

You can also control the wallet balance in terms of adding, removing balance. 

Click Update Wallet 

Top Up : Add a balance to your customer 

Correct : Remove a balance from your customer's wallet 

Wallet Logs

Wallet Logs are available as well in the main Reports Section.
